General Rules and Procedures

How Do I : Search For and Maintain Entities

1. A Progen Entity is defined as anything that can be located or identified by a Key ID field or fields, eg. Divisions, Land, Leases, Transactions, etc.
2. Entities are accessed by either the Search push button or by typing in their ID value and pressing the [Enter] or [Tab] keys to retrieve any associated values.
3. Entity searches are described in: Searching for Entities

5. Maintaining Entities is described in Maintenance Push-Buttons (Left Hand Side)

 How Do I : Find the Application (screen) I need

Possible ways to navigate to the Application you need are:

• Access to Applications via a standard Windows Ribbon Menu Toolbar - Ribbon Menu Toolbar
• Access to Applications via the Flowchart view: Flowcharts Navigation Pane
• Access to an individual record within an Application via the Log-On / Navigator or the Navigator
